The Parish Church in Thorpe Hamlet is
Saint Matthew's Church in Telegraph Lane West.

Built in 1982 to replace the old Victorian church (built 1851 and now converted to offices) on St Matthew's Rd and St Leonards 'Chapel of Ease' on Ketts Hill (built 1907, demolished in 1981)
